Your account, your choice. Request permanent deletion of your SlagalicaX account and associated data here.
Request deletion by email
You can submit a request even if you no longer have the app. Include your sign-in provider (Google, Facebook or Apple) and your account email, username or player tag, if known.
Or email slagalicax.dev@gmail.com directly with the subject “SlagalicaX — account deletion request”.
The button opens your email app with a prepared message. Your request is sent only when you send the email. If no email app opens, copy the address and send the message using your webmail.
What happens after your request?
Support verifies that the request comes from the account owner and replies with the next steps and expected processing time. Providing a username alone is not sufficient to delete someone else’s account. If possible, write from the email address associated with your account.
If you use Apple’s Hide My Email, include your private relay address or player tag if you know them. If you cannot access your old address, explain this in your message. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or access tokens.
Delete directly in the app
- Sign in to the SlagalicaX account you want to delete.
- Open your profile and scroll to “Podešavanja naloga” (Account settings).
- Tap “Obriši nalog” (Delete account) and confirm in the dialog.
After successful deletion, the app signs you out. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Deletion is permanent.
Which data is removed?
- Your SlagalicaX profile: sign-in identifiers, email address, username, player tag and profile photo link.
- Progress, profile statistics, achievements, XP, coins, energy and virtual cosmetic items.
- Friendships, requests and invitations, push notification registrations and related notification jobs.
- In-game transaction records, scheduled tournaments you created and linked Firebase accounts for this app.
Deleting your SlagalicaX account does not delete your Google, Facebook or Apple account.
What may remain?
Shared results of completed matches may remain in your opponent’s history. Your account identifier and profile photo are removed from those records, and your name is replaced by “Obrisani korisnik” (Deleted user). Account references are also removed from tournaments; some active tournaments may be cancelled.
Retention periods for backups, technical logs and data held by service providers have not yet been published. We do not promise immediate deletion of all such records. Outstanding details are identified in the privacy policy.
